But before you do…

To make sure we’re not wasting your time or ours, here are a few things you should know:

  • No business is exactly alike, and we don’t do cookie cutter. We need you to fill out an application form so we can tailor the perfect package to meet the needs of your business (or to understand if your business would not be a good fit for our services). If this seems like too much work, no hard feelings, we probably wouldn’t be a good fit to work together anyway.
  • To provide the best possible service we take on a limited amount of new clients each month. Typically that means onboarding 1 – 3 new ongoing clients each month.
  • We often have a waiting list.
  • Our basic recurring marketing packages start at $1200 per month, with the first month having some additional set up fees. If you’d rather do you own marketing we can guide you step-by-step through developing and implementing your own marketing plan or overcoming any roadblocks or obstacles you may be facing.

Who we do and don’t work with:

We are lucky enough to be able to be pick and choose which clients we take on.

Here is what we look for when choosing companies to work with:

  • We want the marketing process to be enjoyable for both of us, so we start with an initial discovery call to make sure we get along and share the same values.
  • We won’t take you on unless we’re comfortable you will get a return on investment of at least 3 – 5X what you’re going to be spending. See how we calculate expected ROI.
  • We typically work with businesses that have a high average lifetime customer value (ALCV). Not sure how to calculate that? Check out this blog post on whether you should be paying someone to do your marketing.
  • Ethics are important to us. We like to help businesses who care about their clients and provide solid products and/or services. We won’t market anything dubious. If you sell an adult-related, pharma, gambling, churn and burn or otherwise questionable product or service, sorry, but we can’t help you.
  • We typically work with established businesses looking to scale / grow to the next level. We occasionally take on startups, but costs are usually higher however and it takes longer to get results. If you’re okay with that then we are too 🙂
  • If you run an ecommerce business and need SEO help let us know. We don’t do ecommerce ourselves (it’s a different SEO kettle of fish) but we can refer you to some awesome and very talented people who do.

What happens after you fill in the application form?

Once you fill out the form you will be taken to a page where you can book an initial discovery call.

This call will last approximately 10 – 15 minutes and will allow us to talk through your goals and application form.

Prior to your call we may also do a short video analysis of your site to talk through if we think it will be useful (which it is in most cases). We will send this to you prior to the meeting.

If after the strategy call we both think we’d be a good fit to work together we will create a plan for your marketing and organise a time to walk you through it (approximate 30 – 45 minutes).

If you like what we’ve put together and want to work with us, that’s great! If you like the plan, but would rather give it a shot yourself, you’re welcome to do that too.
